Luckett Vineyards - Wolfville

This place has become an annual tradition (3 years) to visit with my sister when I am in Halifax visiting family and friends.

Although I'm not a huge fan of Luckett's wines, I think it's definitely worth visiting for the view.

Great restaurant, we were seated with the winery's owner who was very accommodating, kind and personable. BellAtlantic went down and they could only accept cash - could have been a disaster for them but they handled with grace and kindness. I'd go back

We visited Luckett Vineyards on a recommendation - and were not disappointed. Weve check out many wineries in our east coast trip and this was definitely one of the best! The view alone (high atop the hill) was stunning & the food and wine fabulous. If you are tasting - you will certainly enjoy the wine and our bartender was awesome. Just a simple tasting was lots of fun so I can imagine the tour would be a blast. There is also the phone box which you should definitely make sure you try if there. We went for lunch and I enjoyed a sandwich and my husband the seafood bake (of course with some wine). Both were excellent! We'd definitely recommend checking it out - it's been our favourite winery stop in Nova Scotia for sure!!
