Contribuisci feedbackIf there was an option to give zero stars, this restaurant would deserve it. The manager acts like the king of his tiny kingdom and enjoys exerting his power over customers. If your restaurant advertises a promotion and clearly indicates your location on the map, you should honor it. I doubt this place will still be serving coffee in 30 years.
The restaurant had a limited selection of items available due to stock issues. The service was extremely slow, with a wait of almost 15 minutes for just two drinks, which were of poor quality. The tables were dirty and remained uncleared during the 40 minutes we were there. The staff seemed disinterested, standing around on their phones instead of attending to customers.
The service at this restaurant is slow and the staff appear disinterested. The place is always messy, which is disappointing considering it recently underwent renovations. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino without whipped cream, but it came with cream on top. The drink was bland, and it seemed like they only added the caramel by drizzling sauce around the cup. I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this one provided one of the worst drinks I have ever had. It feels like they are not following the company's standards. I have given this branch multiple opportunities to improve, but it never seems to get better. It's a shame.
Disappointed I was turned away for only having cash they wanted card only....I went to Costas coffee they had no concerns great
Don’t order a Macha Latte. Half the cup is froth (and that’s no exaggeration, I am being completely honest). You get very little Macha drink inside. Feel the weight of the cup before purchasing from them and make sure your drink doesn’t contain half a cup of froth.
