Contribuisci feedbackIt was very poor due to the pancakes being burnt and lack of service as you had to make the tea yourself wouldn’t recommend coming and it became confusing as they charged us for extra pancakes we didn’t order.
My personal opinion was horrendous to figure out that when I ate my bangers and mash the gravy was like gelatine and the mash was lumpy this is outrageous and I will not ever come again
Came with my elderly mother and 11yr old daughter numerous times over a week period. Whether Saturday night or a Thursday afternoon the atmosphere was lovely staff busy in all areas quick to help and one barman (who I thank so much but didn’t get your name) was over his finish time yet served me with a lovely smile and nothing was too much manager very much visible and hands on (which is rare in Wetherspoons) helping clear tables running food etc. Will be returning when I can
For the past 6 years we go to bridgnorth and have breakfast in the jewel of the seven.In that many years I can honestly sayeen that we have NEVER had a hot meal.The last few months the meal is cold and the plates hot.This week when I ordered our meal I did request if there was a chance it could be hot.The meal arrived and it was warmer but obviously had been in microwave.The toast was Impossible to cut I requested the waiter to ask the chief if he could cut it with no response.PLEASE can you help me sort out this problem that should not be there this is the only weatherspoons I find this .A.loyal customer trying not to be stopped from going by some simple management response.Thanks
Big shout out to Molly and Matt sorted everything else for us was very obliging and understanding that are a credit to Wetherspoons customer service was excellent
