Zaras Pizza Plaice - Wolverhampton

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, hot, and freshly prepared. While there have been occasional errors with deliveries, the staff is quick to rectify the situation when contacted. However, the prices are on the higher side.

I received a burnt pizza that was black all over at this restaurant. Despite sending pictures to the manager through Google and also uploading them here, the manager claimed that the CCTV footage showed that the pizza was not burnt. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat the pizza and informed them of this issue. However, they said they could not send a replacement due to time constraints. The next day, I called and spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude, and they told me I was not allowed to order from them again because of one complaint, even though I have been a loyal customer for years.

This I have to say is one of the worst Chip Shops I have ever had the misfortune to order food from. The wait for delivery was well over an hour and when I saw the food I wished I hadn’t bothered the batter on the fish was extremely soggy there wasn’t a single crisp bit anywhere on it. The chips were even worse and barely cooked I ate what I could of the actual fish (which was tasteless) the rest of it went in the bin certainly wouldn’t use them again and I strongly suggest that you don’t either.

I visit Zara's once a week to pick up dinner for my dad. He enjoys a small fish and chips dinner and the staff there are always friendly and talkative. They take the time to get to know the regular customers and provide personalized service. The food is delicious as well. Great job to the team for their excellent and friendly service!

Told twice what I wanted on my food and didn’t even get the right sauce too busy staring at my man , don’t know how to speak to customers spoken too quietly And given dirty looks. Never again
