The food was nice although it could have been a bit hotter. The entertainment was good with a duo playing Greek music and then a belly dancer. Five of us were taken to a room to change into a belly dancing costume and then perform a dance which was good fun. I feel my that the Greek music went on a little too long and maybe it would be better if they started the disco earlier. We never made it to the plate smashing as we were all too tired after the dancing. It is an excellent venue if there are a few of you and you want a dance and a laugh. Would definitely recommend.
I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. The food quality is poor and not authentic. The restaurant itself is dirty, as I could see through the open kitchen door that it was old and dirty. They are even serving food out of there! If you care about your health, I suggest skipping this place.
I had a fantastic evening last night for my 60th birthday, even though we were the only ones there. The food was outstanding and the belly dancing activities were a lot of fun. However, the plate smashing was a letdown. It was over in just a few minutes.
We saw on their site they had party night on Fridays, plate smashing and belly dancing so booked for my mom's birthday. Unfortunately it wasn't on that night and the only other table there at the time had done the same. The food and staff were very good but check if you want more.
We were the other table from the last reviewer. We came to Zorba 's to see if it was a good place for a 50th birthday celebration later this year, but was really disappointed. The food was nice, but the atmosphere was created only by us and the other table. We have contacted Zorba;s again to check if the entertainment would be on for Sat 14th Sept so far no confirmation. Very disappointed as we had heard good things about the place. PS Casstack your cake was delicious!
