Its location is extremely convenient and although we weren't camping it is right adjacent to the Free Camp at the old Station site/ Railtrail. The welcome from the very friendly lady at the bar set the tone of the whole evening- very warm and welcoming, and very relaxing. The food was excellent and well priced, really good hearty fare. Rissoles were the special, and highly recommended! We'd definitely go there again.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past few years. The current owner, Dave, and his staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. Our group always enjoys our stay here, and the meals are delicious with a variety of options, including gluten-free meals. The prices are also reasonable.
I visited my Great Uncle's Farm in Wonadi and decided to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a rump steak, not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised when a large portion of steak and chips was placed in front of me. The price was very affordable too!
Stopped in for a Saturday night meal while riding the South Burnett Rail Trail on touring bikes. Live musician, very friendly staff and good value country pub food. The highlight for us was the friendly locals and Dave the publican who gave us a tour of the pub and told us some of the local history. Great to see people so passionate about their town
