Baskin-robbins - Wood Ridge

Love this location!! I'm not a big coffee drinker but this has become a frequently visited location for short breaks taken. This D D is very clean, staff is friendly there is not a lot of movement (customers). I think because of the location within Avalon at Westmont Station, traffic is very minimal and it is a peaceful place to enjoy coffee, food items. I particularly enjoy sitting on the comfortable sofa chairs.

I went today at 9:50pm and they refused to serve. The closing time was 10pm. The owner should know that employees are not treating their customers with care.

Roomy, clean and with an attractive seating area. Location off the main road also adds to its appeal. Served in a courteous and friendly manner as well.

The Baskin Robbins employees here are terrible. They constantly have attitudes when you come in after 8pm. They close an hour earlier then the signs on the door says on random nights. Constantly runs out of popular flavors and you can see that the ice cream sometimes melt and refreezes. Customer service isn?t great at all.

Drunk employee... Fell down when preparing ice cream. Red eyes.. Dropped ice-creams twice. He did not use gloves
