Jimmy John's - Wood River

The food at this restaurant is usually good, but the service was a bit slow. I had requested no pickles in my sandwich, but it still came with them. The pickle was soggy, and when I complained to the manager, they did not handle the situation well.

I contacted the WoodRiver location to inquire about their buy one, get one free (bogo) offer. The young lady who answered the phone was unsure and asked the chef. Upon returning to the phone, she confirmed that they do offer the bogo deal, but orders must be placed online. When I went online to place the order, the discount was not applied and I asked for a promo code. After calling back, a man answered and I explained the issue. He consulted with the manager and returned to inform me that the offer was not available. When I requested to speak with the manager, they responded with an unhelpful attitude, claiming it was an online problem and not their concern. I found this treatment unacceptable when simply asking for assistance. If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. Jenna, as the owner of this establishment, is this behavior acceptable from a manager towards a customer?

The sandwiches at this restaurant are expensive and contain more salad than meat.

Jimmy worst John’s I have ever to do with it takes about 15 minutes to order a sandwich that should be supposed to be crazy fast because no one can hear what they order without interrupting and can not take their card number properly. some employees ask for each piece of information on their card others only need certain information and it still goes through the same way..Fish to me. shippers probably give me a tipp on my bump because I never sign for it. I was personally employed as jimmy johns supplies rubers and knows that they work for tips, which is why they don't want my signature and tipp on the reception beats me. very dissatisfied.

A bit expensive for what you get, but good none the less!
