Disgusting place!!!! the keyboard on the fuel islands doesn't work!! dirty restroom!! incompetent gas station staff

Don?t stop here! Place is a complete disaster and should be demolished. Fuel pumps are the worst. Showers are not anything we come to expect from Pilot. Water sprays 40 different directions except on the human. Absolutely no food available at 5:00PM.This is when truckers start rolling in for the night and little to. O food options. Subway is closed, no pizza, no hot dogs,many beverages not available, place is disgustingly filthy. I will place this info on our company info board (mega carrier) towarn other drivers to avoid. Good business sense is investing in what your customers want, not what local management thinks is?good enough?

I would like to express my frustration with the management regarding the lack of vegetarian and tuna sandwiches available. I have repeatedly encountered situations where these sandwiches were not made or put out for customers. In fact, I’ve witnessed staff refusing to prepare them. Please remind the team that we can leave reviews to share our experiences. Just because we don’t engage in arguments doesn’t mean our concerns aren't valid. It’s a simple request: please make these sandwiches available. Thank you.

The restaurant was quite dirty, and I felt uncomfortable touching anything. I’d recommend going elsewhere. However, the employee at the checkout was very nice. I understand they might be operating with a limited staff like many places these days.

There are only about 20 parking spots available, with 10 of them reserved. This place is quite rundown. I wouldn’t recommend taking your break here if you can avoid it.
