I went through the drive and ordered a few drinks. must have been a very rough day, because their attitude to the customers is completely out of line and not called for. when ordering our drinks she was not careful and we had to repeat the order. as soon as we moved into the window, the order was completely wrong and the extras that we were accused for like extra caramel dripping were loaded but not added to our drinks. when I was doing the mistake, she kept me and said we didn't have enough to clarify. although the order details were repeated several times after the ordering. at the window when we asked for the correction, she got argumentation and said the drinks come as they are and there are recipe cards that she could show me. When they handed the drinks to me, they were not at the top where they were normally. the drinks were filled halfway away. I asked for the full amount I usually get. she dismissed me and told me that I “have a better day” this statement was not necessary. she knew I had no great experience because I told her. She told me I could reach the manager because it wasn't her problem. I refuse to come to this place. I hope they train their employees better. please get rid of the unfortunate. Nobody pushes them to work if they don't want to be there!
Today was a cinnamon dulce? was served by a very friendly lady who was very helpful. a huge selection of drinks that choose from hot or cold?
The personal was friendly, the load was on the items on the store I like sandwiches protein boxes I definitely back to this load
Loves this place and her personal. always friendly and helpful. the best place to pick me up before or after a long layer for a pick-up.
Been out of chai for two days…? Also out of mocha all the time. They are always out of muffins, etc. there is somebody new working there every single day. My drink is almost always messed up and wrong. I recommend any other Starbucks
