Dunkin' - Woodbridge

The staff member saw me, looked at me, then turned around to answer a text on her phone before she helped me. She wasn't a young teen, she was definitely a middle aged woman! I was so surprised. My bagel ???? was so old and stale I could've sanded an oldtable down. It was inedible.

I ordered a large iced mocha latte and a large hot black tea with light sweetener. The latte only had one pump of mocha in it, and the tea had only 4 sugars and 4 creams, instead of the usual 5 and 5. Additionally, they only gave me one tea bag instead of the two that it should have come with. When I asked the worker for more cream and sugar, she rolled her eyes at me. After her reaction to just one mistake, I didn't bother asking about the rest.

I recently purchased Bacon Bites from this restaurant and was disappointed to find that they were undercooked and carelessly tossed into a bag with the sauce dripping out.

I live close to this restaurant and this is the third time that the same tall girl at the cash register has been rude to me. It was 5:13pm on 01/26/2022. She forgot to take my order and did not apologize. The other workers were nice, but because of her, I will not be returning. I would rate this experience a 0 out of 5.

The service was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. However, the bathroom was a bit unclean.
