Extremely rude staff she was cursing at us after she was the stupid one who messed up our order, and overcharged us and blamed it on us although it was all her fault y’all need to change yall staff asap

The store was not opened when it was displayed on the website and was displayed in the sign. the employees stood there socializing, while at least 4-6 other costumes waited outside. some had to work again.

This place had to ignorant youg men, instead of doing their job they were just clowning around and not even being sanitary.
