It is worth noting that the menu offers spring rolls and vegetable rolls, with the regular spring rolls containing ground pork. The vegetable rolls are the better choice for those seeking a vegetarian option. Overall, the meal provided great value for the price, with a diverse selection to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and left feeling fully satisfied. It has become our new favorite spot for takeout of this kind. I look forward to trying the sesame "chicken" next. I highly recommend giving House of Chou a try. Thank you for your excellent service! (Review updated from February 4, 2023)
This restaurant has a dedicated section for vegetarian options on its menu, which is also available on its website to accommodate any allergies or dietary preferences you may have. I tried the orange “Bef,” which featured slightly baked soybeans in a delicious sauce that was not greasy. The texture of the protein was impressive, similar to chicken but with no strange aftertaste. My husband, who occasionally eats meat, was hesitant about the chicken at first. The broccoli in the dish was perfectly cooked, soft in some areas with a slight crunch in others, and there were plenty of flakes along with the "chicken." The addition of orange peel in the sauce was a nice touch. The white rice was also perfectly cooked, not mushy or dry. I recommend choosing the vegetable rolls over the regular spring rolls, as the latter contain ground chicken. Overall, the restaurant offers great value for money with a wide selection of menu options. I left feeling satisfied and will definitely be ordering from here again. I can't wait to try the sesame “chicken” next. I highly recommend giving House of Chou a try for a delicious takeout experience. Thank you, House of Chou, for what you do!
Sesame chicken and combination Lo My were so good! Will be back
The chicken lo my burst with taste, it remained hot until we opened the container at home. My sweet and acidic chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. Our rice was soft and steaming hot. The egg rolls had a thicker cripple outside and a warm filling. We found this place on Google Maps and read its reviews. We are both very impressed by House of Chou. We stopped buying this kind of food because it was constantly boiled and dry or greasy. We are very appreciated for the owner and chefs as they really serve quality meals. We have a new option now. The young lady on the phone and at the reception was very pleasant and professional. I give them 5 stars.
