Chef Paul's style is truly exceptional. You must try the build-your-own pasta option! My favorite combination is chicken Alfredo with linguine—it's fantastic!

The chicken parmesan pasta was enjoyable, but the build-your-own pasta with arrabbiata sauce was quite disappointing. First, they added mushrooms, which my fiancé cannot stand. Additionally, the sauce contained cream, which is not a part of traditional arrabbiata. It tasted as if they attempted to make vodka sauce and added Frank’s RedHot to it. Overall, it was not a good experience, and the chef really needs to learn how to prepare a proper arrabbiata sauce.
