This was a great find! Nestled at the very corner of the plaza is Ay Caramba, Eh.

After hearing my sister's enthusiastic recommendation, I just had to try out this restaurant. My mom and I paid a visit today and we were truly impressed. The sleek and modern decor was a feast for the eyes. The owner, Carlos Maciel, was incredibly polite and accommodating; he whipped up a chicken consommé for my mom, even though it wasn't on the menu, to cater to her dietary needs. The exceptional level of customer service truly added to the inviting atmosphere of this charming little restaurant. However, the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the quality and authenticity of the food. You can't fake freshness. At 'Ay Caramba, eh!', we were delighted to find genuine, fresh Mexican cuisine served in ample portions at a reasonable price. We have become devoted fans of this gem of a restaurant.

Great authentic Mexican food, unlike any other taco/burrito joint that I've ever eaten at! Too boot, the atmosphere is really cool and this place has fast, friendly service!!!
