I called a table for two early Saturday night. They assured me good seating on the phone, it was my anniversary. When we showed up, they seemed unclear, and it was obvious that they were not reserved for us. Although I have shown the email confirmation for the booking. They pulled a table at the entrance and tried to tell me it was my table on a 9 all men table. The hostess called the manager to help, and he said they were all booked. Why book and claim you booked a table? Only very bad and unorganized administration and service. I'd never take a chance if I go back there.
Finicia is a fantastic place with lots of energy. The food is wonderful and the service is exquisite. I'll visit again and again.
We visited last Friday after hearing about this Lebanese restaurant, but we were taken aback when the DJ played Iraqi dabkah music all night long. The volume was so high that it made the experience unpleasant, and we ended up leaving very early. Please let the DJ know that not all music needs to be Iraqi.
I called to reserve a table for two on a Saturday evening, as it was a special occasion for us. They assured me over the phone that everything was set. However, when we arrived, there seemed to be confusion, and it was clear that they had not actually reserved a table for us, despite my having the email confirmation. They tried to seat us at a table right by the entrance, which happened to be next to a large group of nine men. The host involved the manager, who claimed that they were fully booked. I don’t understand why I was told they had a table for us if they were already at capacity. The management and service were very disorganized and disappointing. I wouldn’t take the chance of going back there again.
