The young woman at the counter was quite unfriendly. More importantly, while my sandwich was toasting, she processed my payment while wearing her gloves and almost touched my sandwich with those same dirty gloves. Fortunately, I was able to stop her. This is very concerning. The owners really need to educate their staff on food hygiene!

Overall, it's an excellent restaurant! The establishment is kept very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I had an excellent dining experience thanks to Miss Chetna's outstanding service. Every time I visit, she already starts preparing my order because she remembers exactly what I like, including the sauces. I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work!

This restaurant really needs to hire more staff. It's called fast food for a reason, and waiting half an hour for a sandwich every time is unacceptable. It's frustrating to see franchises being given to people who don't know how to manage a business effectively.

The staff was very rude to my son. I received only three small pieces of onion on a 12-inch sandwich, which was mostly filled with brown lettuce. This place is in a high-demand area, and I hope the manager pays attention to these reviews. It used to be a much better location.
