Wendy's - Woodbridge

Wendy's is always a good choice for burgers and sandwiches. Service is fast and they are open late. I love the spicy chicken sandwich.

This Wendy was your typical fast food joint. Average performance, average food and very average cleanliness. I went to the ice cream next to Dairy Queen. Do you ever have a burger who looks like the advertisement????? Fresh salad, juicy tomatoes and quite right... a lot of spices? This time no. I have to say that the salad was at least one piece of leaf and was not shredded that I hate on a burger. Wendy did it right. I had too much must on it, though I had to use my napkin to take it off. They gave me 4 pimples... I asked for double work.

They had the wrong price for a 'Kid 's meal', and when I asked how much it would be to update the drink to a little frosty, she said 'a few cents extra '. Fully believe I ordered one, and saw that it was a...ex $1.10, that is more than the price of a Frosty on its own! Ridiculous! And when I complained, there was no excuse, just a reluctance of Frosty from the manager. If a child meal is $4.79 not advertising that it is $4.59. I expect more from a big chain like Wendy 's

Always a very clean environment with friendly staff. Available for all people and near a bus stop. This is family-friendly, child-friendly, a simple environment.

I would think twice before visiting this Wendy's location. Not only was I ignored by several Wendy's workers before my order was taken, once my order was taken the cashier was EXTREMELY rude. Some examples of her idea of customer service were to yell at...me to move my drinks off a tray after she had put them there herself and throw our take out bag onto the counter when our order was done. This isn't the first time our encounter with this cashier was horrible either but the two times were enough. I will not be visiting this Wendy's again until they figure out that good customer service is the only way your restaurant will remain open. Oh and our food was cold and disgusting so thanks for that.
