ZAFFARANO - Woodbridge

It was not an isolated situation, just poor management allowing the waiter to run his own show. There was no service, we had to keep asking to bring things to the table, very slow and there was a young part timer who must have just been hired! There was a similar incident in the fall when 6 of us came for dinner and another situation in the summer that my co-worker experienced, all related to their service and lack of. At this restaurant, service is not a priority because they will automatically charge you the service tip and hover around you when its time to pay the bill. Disappointing and definately not worth it! The food is generally good, but the service is horrible. Would be very surprized if this place lasts. Sorry Zaffarano but the truth is the truth. Not sorry for the waiter!

Used to be my favourite italian restaurant. I always got the Frittura Mista calamari, white fish and shrimp done to perfection. I like the Zafferano which is pasta sheets with a rose sauce and a tiramisu for dessert. Usually order a Ripasso to go with it and cappuccino. Service, food and wait times were really poor this past visit not sure if I will go back.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return for another meal!

This restaurant is a great choice for a special occasion or business meeting. The atmosphere is semi-formal and the food is delicious, albeit on the pricier side. Service was also excellent.
