Jamba Juice - Woodburn

I will start from the beginning. First of all I came at a busy time with a long waiting line. While waiting to order and after ordering, there was a customer Karen lady who was actively showing her anger at the employees. I waited for two cups. One I gotsuccessfully. But for the other I waited for at least 30 minutes. It appears to be that the Karen lady snatched my smoothie inher anger at the employees. I multiple times asked the employees where is my second smoothie? At the end of all this mess afterno less than 30 minutes of waiting, they said sorry and handed me an expired free drink coupon. Employees are unprofessional athandling such problems.

Would be nice if they opened at their posted hours. Woodburn Outlet Store with several customers coming up, locked door, lights off. Is this place still a location?

Love this Jamba location. Especially love and appreciate the customer service I receive from Taylor and Alicia. They both are always friendly, remember my special orders, making me feel special!

Clean and well staffed. Staff is friendly accommodating. Got the açaí super anti oxidant with a little bit of agave it was good! Love the smoothies from here.

Nice drinks,???? and options, always smells good inside. Got a razzmatazz ????????????and orange dreamscicle.???????????? Location is prefect right at the beginning of the outlet.
