I then inquired whether I should go through the drive-thru instead. She said yes, but it would be safer if I were in a car. I couldn't help but think that it would actually be safer for me to order at the walk-up window, especially considering the heat and the amount of exhaust I was facing.
This is usually my go-to coffee shop, but that’s mainly because it’s the only option nearby. I genuinely wanted to love this place. First, let me mention that the staff has always been incredibly friendly during my visits – they typically engage in pleasant small talk. So, why the low rating? Unfortunately, they are consistently slow, and at times, it can be painfully slow. I once waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru! It’s absurd! On my most recent visit, I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso (or something along those lines) and it came as a cup filled with ice and barely a shot of milk and coffee (just check the picture). I could barely take a sip!
I really enjoy using the Starbucks app to order my coffee for pickup. I can either go through the drive-thru or walk in to grab my drink at the counter. It's so easy – just load your money, place your order, and you're on your way. It's incredibly convenient! Plus, reordering my favorite drinks is a breeze!
I have been coming to this starbucks for the last 3 years since i work like 2 minutes away. I will NEVER be coming here again. Waiting at the window for my coffee(1 COFFEE) for 15 minutes to me is unacceptable. The line to the drive through was blocking the entrance to safeway yet the employees were just conversating with them being like 8 in total and only 2 were actually making drinks. I am one of the most understanding people especially with employees that have to deal with customers early in the mornings but this just did it for me. The car behind me just simply drove off after me. They had been waiting for 30 minutes for coffee. I love me some starbucks and i am constantly going before work since i do drive fromm beaverton to woodburn everyday but i rather start stopping at a different location in the mornings than to pass by at this one.
I came in for my yearly birthday Starbucks, everyone was nice until I came up to the window, that?s when I heard screaming coming from the inside. I paid close attention in case things got out of hand. (i read the name tag it said Leyluh) To my disbelief a girl was yelling at her coworker dramatically? So much for positive vibes? It completely ruined my experience and I drove home in silence, the drink didn?t taste the same either.
