I order from this Chipotle quite frequently, and while it doesn't have the best reviews, I can't say I've had a negative experience so far. They may not be perfect, possibly due to staffing issues, but I haven't encountered any problems yet.

Wow. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last. The place was empty when we arrived, yet no one came to greet us. Eventually, someone assisted us, but there was still no warm welcome. At that point...

I went to lunch today, and by the time we got home (just a six-minute drive), my meal was cold. Not only was it cold, but since I ordered a steak bowl, I had a hard time finding any meat in it—there was more acidic cream than steak. I also ordered a side of guacamole, and it had the weirdest texture; it seemed like it had been frozen and had no flavor whatsoever. Additionally, the restaurant itself wasn't very clean. I won’t be returning to this Chipotle; it was a one-and-done experience for me.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this restaurant, and both times my order has been wrong. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s clear there’s a serious issue. The first time, I ordered a steak dish but received a bowl with only white rice, beans, and cheese—none of the extras like fajitas, salad, sour cream, hot sauce, or the cheese my order specified. Today, I faced the same problem again. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
