I will never understand how a salad can be $11, I ordered the farmhouse salad as you can see it’s missing ingredients and the ingredients are already light… sigh to add all the lettuce I received on my salad is browning and going bad ??‍

Normally, I wouldn't give a review like this but every time I go to this location I have an issue. I don't understand why the workers here get so annoyed by adding on a meat. This girl making my sandwich was visibly distraught by me asking to swap out a meat and I had to explain it 4 different ways. Then, she goes straight to the cashier to make sure they add on the meat like I'm trying to rob the place blind. The sandwich itself was fine and what I would expect, but every time I come to this location the interactions are pretty ridiculous. Especially considering one original size sandwich that is now $10 dollars and the size of a 6 inch sub. I understand that most companies have had to increase prices, but $30 dollars for 2 original size sandwiches and no drink or chips is absurd. Then, it asks for a tip. I'll save my money and the hassle next time.

They go above and beyond here, I went and purchase a Starbucks gift card for one of the gals working that day, that went above and beyond to ensure my food stayed fresh when I had an issue with Uber Eats Take-out (a few weeks ago, just getting the time now to make my review) while ordering and directed to the wrong location by Uber twice, after calling and speaking with someone at this location they insisted they put my food in the cooler and even remade my sandwich that sat for a while (which I never would ask for, but they did on their own). Now that’s exceptional service in my book!

The service was good and food was so-so. The cleanliness of this location however was disgusting. There was a layer of dust on just about everything and the bathroom was horrible. It's not just a matter of things not being cleaned for a day or even a week for that matter. The dirt and grime build up on the sinks and floor...disgusting.
