Red Lobster - Woodbury

This is a fantastic restaurant with superb service and delicious food. The ingredients were fresh, and the drinks were enjoyable.

I took my mother out for dinner tonight and was extremely disappointed. We waited at least 15 minutes before a server checked on us, and then we waited another 30 to 35 minutes without receiving our food, all while the restaurant had no more than 20 customers. When I finally approached the manager to let him know I didn't want to eat anymore and just wanted to pay for what we owed so we could leave, I was shocked when he told me it would only be $7 for the two sodas. At no point did he apologize or seem concerned about the situation. I could only shake my head and pay him for the drinks after the terrible service we experienced. I've heard great things about this place in the past, but it’s clear that things have changed drastically. They need to improve. I now understand why there were so few customers. Poor customer service!

I went here after passing my drivers test. I don?t have family in the area so I went alone. My waitress was so wonderful and helpful. She made sure the moment was special for me and it was nice to have someone to celebrate with. Food was typical red lobster. Delicious and savory.

The food was really delicious. Our server was very nice. Would definitely visit again.
