Wingstop - Woodbury

Have NEVER had a good experience at this location. Quality control is non existant. Incorrect orders, missing items, and unacceptable quality continuously. This time was their awful chicken sandwich. No pickles, half the size of the bun... nothing like the picture! I have made my last visit don't make the mistake. Go somewhere else, plenty of great options in Deptford.

This place needs an ENTIRE NEW STAFF up to MGMT!! No way I pay for items and am told i have to LEAVE WITHOUT THEM!!! The manager on duty was very rude, mean, disrespectful, wouldnt accommodate. She tried to BULLY me in front of staff and customers. The young boy in the front on register was on drugs. He couldnt answer a question, his head remained droppy as if he couldnt focus on anything. He was highly unprofessional and unknowledgale of his job duties. The entire back staff was EATING over customers foods along with having something to drink while customers who paid for a drink had nothing. NO ONE was wearing gloves or hair nets. The entire staff was focused on football they had playing on the TV. Worst WingStop ever. Hands down cooperate needs to get involved!!!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I certainly would. My first visit as a customer was disappointing; it took nearly an hour to receive a single order of wings. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, we experienced the same delay with this order and even received the wrong order twice! The staff appears to lack any task management skills. Having worked in the food industry myself, I usually try to be more understanding, but this experience was just unacceptable. They need to hire better staff and improve their operations. Wing Stop? More like Wing Flop.

This is the third time we've ordered from here, and it will be the last! We placed our order at 5:08 PM and were repeatedly informed that our driver was on the way. However, the order got canceled three times. Now it's 6:40 PM, and I've called multiple times but can't get through. We now see this place as unacceptable.

I have never encountered a company as consistently disappointing as Wingstop. This particular location completely forgot one of our orders, even though they managed to include the sides. It's laughable, and this isn't just an issue with this store. Orders are always behind schedule at Wingstop—you end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes every time. It's surprising that so many people still buy their wings, which are only mediocre at best. Wingstop operates like a complete farce and seriously needs to hire qualified staff to handle orders properly. I wouldn't even bother going there; it's a complete joke. They should seriously consider shutting down this location along with other poorly managed ones.
