I order $18 wings. The food took 40 minutes. I was very surprised because there were only 6 wings. So at $3.00 a wing, I was expecting good wings. They were decent size but were over cooked and the hot sauce was a side of straight Tabasco sauce. The bartender was not very attentive to her customers or me. I ended up having to order another item even though I wasn't vey hungry when I arrived. My next order took another 40 minutes. It was also overcooked. I had to flag her down for the check and to ask her to take off the other item. She apologised and took it off. If you are going to charge $18 for wings, have it be a decent portion, not 6 wings.
I am amazed at how amazing Brendon's service is. He is such a delight to talk to. Me, my boyfriend and four friends had a great time sitting in this spacious area and appreciate the nice asthenic features of this space. We would definitely love to come back
Visited this hotel over Labor Day weekend for a quick night away with my better half. We decided to stop in at the hotel bar for a drink and to catch the football games on TV. It's a nice little place, but a bit too brightly lit for a bar. It's a nice place to visit deep into the lobby. The place was packed. I was surprised the bar had that many patrons on a quiet Saturday night. We actually had to wait for someone to leave so we could get a spot at the bar so I could see the televisions. I assume management didn't expect as many patrons that night since the single guy working behind the bar was the only one serving all of us. He had a smile on his face throughout, as he kept busy making sure everyone never had an empty glass. The bar doesn't have a great deal of choices when it comes to top shelf alcohols, but our server , Brendan, helped pick a good substitute for our drinks. It was a nice evening, and the cheerful staff helped make it a nice relaxing place for a way to finish the day.
Restaurant in the Hilton Woodcliff Lake. Very convenient, staying at the hotel, but after looking at the menu chose to try it instead of going out. Sat at the bar, quiet Monday night. Very friendly service (Joe, with a nice pour! Chicken Milanese, one of my favorite preparations!
Terrible experience. It wasn’t the service or the ambiance that was the issue, but the outrageous prices. They charged $19 for a glass of wine that you can buy a bottle of for $12! And $10.50 for a Miller Lite? That's outrageous! I usually don't leave negative reviews, as you can see from my history—I've only reviewed places where I've had positive experiences. This place is an absolute rip-off. I regret not staying in our room instead of coming here. We're only in town for two nights, and I'd rather pay for an Uber than step foot in this establishment again. I strongly advise against going here.
