It's been a long time since I had such a big sub, and the bread was especially fresh. It was a delicious experience! Thank you to the lady.
Woodford Metro used to be my favorite spot for quality subs, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I ordered a large grilled sandwich through the app with a pickup time of 1:07 PM, but when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started. After waiting for it to be prepared, I opened the package only to find that the sandwich wasn’t grilled at all and was poorly wrapped. It was impossible to eat it in that condition. I tried to repackage it, but that didn't work, so I ended up eating about half of it before throwing the rest away. This has been just one of several disappointing experiences I've had since the new management took over.
The wait time is too long, and the management could be better. The service was poor, and it seems like there were three servers but only one was attending to customers at a time, which created issues.
Girl serving didn't acknowledge us or the other 2 customers who came in next. made our subs then left them to go cold on the bench while the owner wanted payment before he would finish my sub that's sitting there going cold. begrudgingly gave me BBQ sauce and still charged me for salad I didn't get meh where's the closest next subway I'll drive there next time
Dreadful service and the subway wasn’t very nice as it was cold after having it sit in the bench waiting for staff to complete order. Threw my meal out as it was inedible. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–20
