Godfather's Pizza Express - Woodhull

I called to order a large sausage for carry out for my sister that just had a baby. They don’t have large so I ordered 2 small. I asked if I could make the payment over the phone. He said no no you make payment when you get her. I said I don’t want them to have to pay and then he hung up on me. I called back and asked if I could make the payment and he said no you make payment when you get here. I said no I don’t want them to have to pay. I want to pay for it. He hung up again. I called back a third time and asked if I could speak to someone else. He said no you make payment when you get here. I said can you just tell me if you’re making me the pizza because at this time it was never confirmed. He hung up again. I called back 2 more times after this and no one answered. I don’t not recommend them to anyone!

Been calling. Nobody picking up. Great Customer Service.

Very good pizza, brings back memories of when Godfather's was in Galesburg!

I called asked if they are delivering he says yes I asked do they deliver to pilot truck stop he says I’m sorry we’re not pilot. I said no I am at pilot. Then he had me hold to see if they deliver here. It’s 1.2 miles away. Then he gets back on and says yeah we deliver but they don’t have no drivers. LoL. Should’ve said that on the first question. Or they are lying..

Ordered my pizza to pick up. Got there at 5:50 when they told me it would be done. And they said they didn’t have an order for me. All they could say is you must’ve had the wrong line (I indeed did not). Later my husband called and they admitted they game away my order to someone else. Won’t be ordering from here again. Huge waste of time and disappointment
