Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woodinville

I'm not sure what went wrong with this restaurant, but I'm giving it a one-star rating. If I could give it no stars, I would.

On a previous visit, however, I had a positive experience. The food was solid, as is typical for this chain, and I was really grateful for the help from one of the employees when I was managing my toddler and the order I had just picked up. She stepped in quickly to help me carry my order to the table, and our brief interaction was so kind. Afterward, she went right back to assisting the next customer. I believe her name was Ashleigh, and she was fantastic!

I waited for 30 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time, and my food still hadn’t arrived.

Food was old and service was not pleasant. I opened my bowl and all the lettuce and meat was old. It seemed like it was out since last night. The chips were extremely stale and guacamole was not enjoyable. The employees were unprofessional and seemed very out of it. If you plan on getting chipotle I would recommend going some place else or not get it at all.

Absolutely shocked with how dirty this location is, food all over the counters/floor, stove top where they cook the meat didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks, with grease stains and build up. Service was terrible, girl behind the counter seemed very annoyed, very rude to me when I was ordering. There were only two people in front of me, no one behind me and it took 15 min to get my order done. After walking out and really taking in how dirty the place was I threw my food out. Don’t go to this location.
