Rusty Pelican Cafe Woodinville

The pancakes at this restaurant are amazing - incredibly fluffy. We visited for Sunday brunch and had to wait about 30-35 minutes. My partner ordered the omelette and the potatoes were just okay, not very seasonal.

The outdoor seating at this restaurant is nice and comfortable. However, the food quality is lacking. The chicken dish was tough and difficult to chew, while the omelet was bland and watery. The coffee was enjoyable, but overall, the dining experience was disappointing.

We had to wait for about 45 minutes, but let me tell you, it was worth it! We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The pancakes were probably the best I've ever had. The chicken fried steak was incredibly tasty, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The hash browns were also very good. I tried a daiquiri, which was tasty but a bit light on the alcohol. The standout drink was the passion fruit lemonade - it was unlike anything I've ever tasted. The restaurant had a very elegant ambiance and the location was perfect. It may be small, but it had a great atmosphere for dining. I can't wait to come back and eat here again!

I just have to say wow! this is undoubtedly one of the best breakfast / brunch places that I was in wa so far, was eating fresh and tasty and it looked fantastic!

I’ve been to Rusty Pelican around 6 times. It’s a hit and miss for me. One time I found hair between my eggs and sausage. Another time there were pieces of shell in my poached egg. Another time the potato pancakes were very, very salty. Coffee cakes are very good. The ambiance is nice and the staff are very friendly and professional. Very upscale feel to the place which is why prices are quite high for the quality of food you get.
