Contribuisci feedbackCame today Saturday for their lunch special as seen on their menu (see picture). When told by the Sanhil server, the lunch menu is displayed special date and time a Typo. He wasn't ready to honor the specified special. Also said there was no manager or supervisor I could talk to. Me and my party from 6 left.
I was a regular place at the Reseda where I was back and visited the place when he was right next to Ralph's. A few years back, she moved to the east of Sprouts and I somehow stopped going it regularly. I'd be time to come and it'd be okay. Somehow it lost what it had the day. I came today, May 1, 2022 and it's pretty dead. All empty cabins were not cleared, like 5 cabins. There was only one waiter on schedule and he was also responsible for the bus ride of the tables. Man who's tough. We sat and he took us to get our orders. Our food took 20 minutes to be served. The good news that the sushi was very good and fresh. Had the salmon sushi, Tarzan roll, Philly roll everything really well. I hope they can fix their personnel problems because the food is worth coming back.
They welcome guests like family, and especially the Kellner Hallenservice remembered the food I had ordered in the past. I ordered the Japanese rams and it was very good and my wife ordered the sushi. We were all very satisfied with their service, atmosphere and price. Abraham
How far this place has fallen from its glory days. Since they moved places, some things have happened: 1. Prices doubled 2. The staff is 1/3 of what it used to be 3. Service is unbearably slow, expect, wait long. 4. The staff is not friendly and inattentive. I don't blame the staff because they are very busy and stressed by online orders, probably for the owners too cheap to rent additional staff 5. Portions significantly smaller Many better sushi options here
If I can give zero stars I would. Went for lunch yesterday w my husband and 4 year old. Sat outside right away, but the service was a whole different story. Personally I love the food , but the service was just horrible. Usually there's a female server and male server. Yesterday we had the male server. When i walked in there, there was maybe about 4 customers total between inside and outside. From the start it took at least 15 minutes just to order our drinks first. Then took another 15 minutes to get our iced teas. Took another 15 minutes just to place our order which I wrote all the items on the paper. It took about 25-30 minutes to get most of our items and then the rest we never got because when I asked the server for the rest of our items he completely just forgot to put them in to be made. I also asked for a water for my 4 year old which never came. Mind you at this point there was no other customers but us. I had to ask for the check at which point he brought out and stood right next to me till i handed over payment and when I advised him on all the items I never got all he said was do you want them now? I have ordered many many times literally up to $200 worth of food each time and like I said while we actuall enjoy the quality of the food I would never go back to dine there again unless it's the regular female server or whole different person other than the regular male server they have.
