GASOLINA Café is REALLY good!! If you’re craving fresh, flavorful Spanish food perfect for brunch or lunch, very few places do it better in the valley! There is a plethora of Latin restaurants in this area, but unfortunately very few European Spanish ones this is one of the few! If you’ve never had this cuisine before, it’s a mixture of other Latin cuisines with a strong Mediterranean influence. We’ve been here several times and GASOLINA offers a wide variety of tapas style appetizers, salads, charcuterie plates, paellas, and full sized entrees. They have great sandwiches, very good coffee, and the churros are also super good as well. The La Española Sandwich is really good, and Patatas Bravas always hit the spot! I really don’t have many complaints about this place other than parking, which can be a tad bit difficult during peak times. Check this place out though you won’t be disappointed!!
Every single bite of food was excellent! We are definitely going back. The risotto was so so good.
The small plates are excellent. Were served by the manager and she added to the meal. We ordered both the seafood paella and the meat paella. My out of state friends loved both dishes! I gave up a star on atmosphere because it was a bit too loud for me. Bottom line will return!
I had the moorish chicken sandwich with potato’s and I was throughly delighted with how fresh and great tasting the dish was. The bread was crunchy, the chicken was tender and full of flavor and the sauce used on the sandwich was robust. The potatoes were cooked perfectly with a crispy outer layer and soft fluffy inside. Service was very quick and polite. Highly recommend!
