Susiecakes - Woodland Hills

I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant. As a delivery driver for DoorDash, I occasionally encounter restaurants that request the delivery fees for themselves instead of giving it to the driver. Today, I picked up an order for a customer who was charged a $25 delivery fee by Susie Cake, but they only gave me $5 as the driver. Typically, the driver is supposed to receive most of the delivery fee, so this situation was very disappointing for me.

The vanilla cupcakes and vanilla celebration cake are amazingly good!

I recently discovered SusieCakes a few weeks ago and found their cupcakes to be perfect. They were moist with generous toppings, making them the best I've ever had. I gave them a 5-star rating and returned with high expectations. However, I was disappointed to find that the cupcakes did not look the same as my initial visit. When I asked Ashley if there was a new baker in training, she insisted that they were the same. Unfortunately, when I got home, my doubts were confirmed as the red velvet cupcake was overcooked and the coconut cupcake was dry. It was clear that the quality was not consistent. I was also put off by Ashley's attitude, which seemed more sour than the sweet products they were selling. Despite this, other reviews suggest that they are usually consistent, so my experience may have been an anomaly.

This bakery is fantastic! The atmosphere is great, and the cakes and cupcakes are delicious. Definitely one of the top bakeries in Woodland Hills. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to creating the perfect cake for any occasion. This classic American bakery is sure to please. You can pre-order for pick-up or delivery, or just walk in during business hours and grab some treats. I absolutely love this place and can't get enough of it!

Amazing cakes. Carrot cake and the Red Velvet. Moist and flavorful! Love this place. They have a good situation order then go wait outside and they will bring. Prob need to outline where to order and where to wait since it was a bit all over the place but who cares it's for cake!
