Service seems to be going downhill. Unfortunately, they are never staffed with employees that can handle a lunch rush so service is slow and orders are often inaccurate. The individual taking my order couldn't stop laughing to hear my order correctly, I got to the window and checked my order for accuracy, waited much longer than usual, then my burger was not correct. Fortunately, this was not an issue over allergies or I would be extremely upset and doing more than leaving a decent review.

New device has still problems with quality. it was hit and mis, burger seem to be kept too long in waiting the customers. not fresh, probably the worst burger I had last time. barely edible, not ordinary experience at wendy’s. I ate it just because it was unprecedented and starved on the road, you need to do what you need to do. not with wendy's total number
I always try to give people a chance, but time after time the employees at this location are simply some of the worst people I've ever encountered. This location needs to fire this entire crew and start over. Also don't ever expect your order to be correct, and if you speak up be prepared for them to spit in it. Done with this location.
