Costco Food Court - Woodland

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed to show bias, particularly towards my friend, who is Black. I initially thought that anyone could access the food court without a membership card, but that wasn’t the case here. It felt like there was a racial divide, and it seemed like the staff was treating us differently. I’ve been to other Costcos where the atmosphere was more welcoming, but unfortunately, this location did not meet those standards.

I've been to other Costco locations without any issues, but this one was different.

This Costco Food Court has a poor food service system, as the staff often lets food slide out of the containers when serving it at the counter. When ordering a slice of pizza, a significant amount of the pizza and cheese ends up on the counter before the customer even gets it. I really enjoy the food at Costco; it tastes great. The staff members are friendly as well. However, I find that the options aren't always the healthiest. Still, it’s quick and convenient.

I went there just for the food, and the Polish dog was simply delightful.
