Dunkin' Donuts - Woodridge

I live on 63rd and Woodward in Downers Grove, but I choose to come to this Dunkin' Donuts because the service is much better. The staff are friendlier and treat us well. I am grateful for that. These employees are great.

When you ask for light ice they don't fill your drink up all the way. I used to work at a dunkin and I never did this. Their iced coffee tastes like its burned. I don't like confrontation. So I don't say anything. I'll just make my own at home where Iknow the coffee hasn't been sitting all day.

Very Rude young cashier. Rolled her eye and raised her hands in irritation of my request? it?s unfortunate to have such rude employees. I used to really like this place. Probably won?t be back.

Very fast friendly service. Im new to the area but seemed like they do their best to connect with the customers. I didn't feel like just another sale to them.

If wish I could give this Dunkin 0 stars. I order a drink with less ice, and this is what I get. A large cup, 3/4 of the way full, and full of ice. This happens every single time, at this Dunkin only. This is unacceptable. When I asked the lady to fillthe drink to the top of the cup please, she informed me that all she?s be able to do is fill it up with more ice. As if thereisn?t already enough ice in the drink?!?!?!
