Prior to arriving, I read some of the recent reviews, which were negative, and feel our experience was the exact opposite. We were greeted right away and taken to a hi top table. My husband racked himself getting on the stool as they are contoured. We had a good laugh.I love brewery vibes and for being a Sunday mid-afternoon, I felt it was a little quiet inside. The patio was hopping outside.I prefer a good cocktail over a beer and was excited that I had several choices. Mike went with Lumpys beer and I chose the Blackberry Haze made with Blackberry Brandy and jalapeno. It was perfectly balanced with the heat from the pepper. For apps, we tried the Grizzly pretzel and the onion rings. The pretzel has 2 dipping sauces, mustard and beer cheese. The pretzel has a nice butter and salt topping. The onion rings were a little soggy, as they are made fresh and battered with their Lumpys beer. The dipping sauce was awesome. For dinner, I had the Strawberry Salad, and Mike got the sausage pizza. The salad was perfectly dressed and was super fresh with berries and walnuts. The pizza had the carmelized crust and was delicious with a good sauce.Mike tried a 2nd beer with watermelon and didn't think it tasted natural. He said it tasted like body wash. Who knows what body wash tastes like? Our server was attentive and we had good service.Overall we had a great experience and will be back to try other food, beer and cocktails!
Cheap food, cheap decor, cheap service. Very unfriendly staff except for the table runners. The chairs were something out of a high school cafeteria. Server Sasha did not want to interact with our party, did not ask how the food was, did not introduce herself, and generally did not want to serve us. My sandwich tasted decent, but the two appetizers our table got were not good at all. No one came check up on the table to see how the food was, and when we said no to another round of beers the check was unceremoniously dropped off without any other questions, even though we would have ordered dessert had we been given the chance. It’s unfortunate that this place is so close to my house, because I definitely will not be back.
Noisy, cluttered atmosphere, cheap decor, and the food is basically Russian roulette in whether it's passable, unpalatable, or anything in between. Even if you do like the food, portions to cost are a horrible value. Our server, Sasha (according to the check, she ever introduced herself), was curt, unhelpful, and never asked if any of the food was even good, even the entirely untouched portions. We were ignored most of our trip, and then rushed out of the building. The beer is great, but maybe grab some to go.
