Today at around 2:30 I ordered a dragon fruit refresher from this location. I didn’t notice till after I had gotten back home that there was a label expiration tag stating “3/23” was in the actual drink. Gross!!
Was very short staffed and took a while. The employee was moving as fast as she could.
Today Friday 6-18-21, at 8:50 pm, after shopping in Target, I was trying to be nice, and asked the lady at Starbucks: Do you have any new flavors? Her answer: We 're closed, Sir. My reply: I was just asking! . What part of my question didn 't she understand? Possible answer: None right now, but I 've heard that next month there will be a new flavor coming . Yes, we got that you want to leave and go home, but could you be nicer? That 's the kind of answer that discourage customers from buying coffee there. A pity of a response. Guess who went to the nearby Dunkin ' Donuts and spent money in a good coffee just after that incident? Yep!
I literally just left there.....AWESOME staff! I cant remember her, it began with A, I'm sorry!!! You were amazing!!!!
