Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woodstock

We placed a mobile order for our family of 4. Two of us ordered three tacos and when they came the tortillas weren?t separated at all so it was like a massive taco made out of three tortillas, this is the third time I have received tacos like this. Next issue is that the salad that was ordered with sour cream on the side had sour cream all over it. Lastly the kids meal had black beans in it and when the toddler took a bit he spit it out and cried, turns out the beans had some kind of crazy spice added to them.

Wish I could have left a 0 but I had to leave a 1 star because there was no option for 0!! I?m not one to ever leave a bad review but I?m so over this chipotle! This place is trash! Absolutely trash! Each and every-time I go there they make something wrong or I?m missing items!! Not to mention the food half the time isn?t cooked fully! It?s really a hit or miss with them. Horrible management! Always caos when I?m there. 90% of the employees there are teenagers so I really try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the manager needs to step it up. when your are cursing in-front of my 6 year old we have a problem. Do better chipotle!

Upon arrival the tables were dirty. With 5-6 employees working at the time... Not sure if rush hour just past on a Saturday. No pico was ready for my dried chicken burrito bowl... I'll pass this location in the future.

7pm on a Saturday, no fajitas ready and none cooking. One person making an online order, 2 others cleaning and avoiding looking my way. I walked out instead of continuing to wait and be ignored.

Place only gave me 1 scoop of rice on burrito while filling bowls with 2 heaping scoops. Only chipotle I?ve been to that makes such small burritos. Should update your calorie intake for bowls and lower burritos?..
