Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Woodstock

My daughter and I met friends at Menchie's today to celebrate a birthday. After purchasing our yogurt the first bite of Cookies and Cream tasted off like a chemical taste. I have had the Cookies and Cream at a different Menchie's and it was very yummy. We asked if we could get a different flavor and she said yes so we threw the ones we had away. What she didn't say was that we would have to pay for it less a 10 discount. Needless to say we will not go back to this Menchie's.

I love frozen yogurt and was excited to finally visit this local Towne Lake shop. They had 10 different flavors with lots of yummy toppings and sauces. However, I was a bit underwhelmed with the staff young high school students who failed to mention the free waffle cup promo that evening and with the cleanliness of the shop, especially the bathrooms.

I enjoyed a large frozen yogurt! The ingredients were fresh, and all the machines were working perfectly.

We happened upon this Menchie's, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. My kids absolutely love this place! The location was clean and inviting, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from and an extensive selection of toppings. They even offer an açaí option, which I appreciate as a healthy choice! If I lived nearby, I would definitely be a regular customer!

I just returned from Menchies, which is the closest location to me. There was hardly anyone there except for one girl who was working. She was very helpful, especially when I had trouble moving the lever for the frozen yogurt. The yogurt was delicious, and the store is clean and never crowded.
