Steak N Shake - Woodstock

Fast and delicious. Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is consistently fresh! I also appreciate the extra steps the staff is taking to ensure our interactions are as safe as possible.

Order. But they told me I had to pick up from the Drive-Thru line that was wrapped around the building. If they don't cure when they shouldn't apply. That's not too much. Above that there is current just 2/8/21 7:26 p.m.

I am reviewing the Steak ?n Shake headquarters. I am extremely disappointed with them. They have removed many good items from their menu, including the BLT Sandwich, Turkey Club, and vegetable soup. My husband always used to order the hamburger with fries and vegetable soup, while I always ordered the Turkey Club with fries and vegetable soup. Since these changes were made, we no longer enjoy dining there. Today, I was craving their club sandwich, fries, vegetable soup, and mocha shake (which is no longer available). When I called the restaurant, they informed me that they no longer offer those items. We ended up going to Applebee's instead. It is very concerning that these changes are coming from the corporate headquarters. It feels like they are trying to ruin the chain.

Really disappointed about how Steak and Shake have declined over the years. I'm coming to this steak and shaking since I was little and I probably won't come back. The ride thru line is always waiting at least 15 minutes, which would be good if the food would be worth it. The food is always cold, the pommes are not salted, the Keksteig in the Keksteig is literally powder. I would recommend it to every waffle house over this steak.

Arrived at the drive-through and waited for 10-15 minutes before my husband eventually greeted the lady taking orders (Alyssa M as per the receipt). She rudely suggested we leave if we didn't want to wait. We ordered a #9 with a complimentary fry, but the fry was missing when we received our food. We waited at the window to inform her, but she responded aggressively and slammed the window in my husband's face before throwing the fry back in the bag. She then handed the bag to my husband and rudely closed the window once again. By the time we got home, our food was cold. The way she behaved was completely unacceptable.
