I slightly freeze them, add them to my homemade marinara sauce, cook some pasta, and they are the best spaghetti and meatballs ever. Seriously!
The burgers at High Food Co-op were delicious. I first tried them there and then found them again at a concert in Arrowood. I had a great conversation with the husband and wife owners, who were proud of their products and very friendly. They were happy to share them with me, and I quickly became a big fan!
I have only tried the meatballs, veggie burger, carrot hot dog, and spinach rice poppers so far, and all of them were delicious. This restaurant is family-owned and they recently opened a food truck on Route 28 before the Woodstock Art Exchange in Hurley, NY on most weekends. Don't pass by this place without stopping because you will be missing out. The food is delicious, healthy, and made with love by the kindest people. Even my newly vegan partner loved everything he ordered, and as a longtime vegetarian, I was extremely impressed.
Never disappointed here. the carrot dog was amazing as well as the veggie burger that is my favorite!
