East Side Mario's - Woodstock

The pasta at this restaurant was lacking in flavor. The spaghetti and meatballs consisted of mostly marinara sauce and tasteless meatballs, with no flavor or vegetables in the sauce. Considering the price, I would have expected higher quality food.

The pasta was undercooked and the ravioli was cold in the center.

Twice ordered meatballs. Twice food came without meatballs. Cannot reach anyone at the store by phone.

Did my birthday dinner here, had Chris as a server he was by far one of the best servers i’ve ever had super friendly, had a great sense of humour! can’t wait to come back10/10

It was an extremely busy time. We didn't complain about the long wait but the manager came to our table, apologized, and didn't charge for our meals. Our server was top-notch as well. Lasagna was yummy ?
