Harvey's - Woodstock

The restaurant. very inside. the staff was rude. I didn't give me everything I ordered. when they were asked to eat, they said that I got everything and would not get it anymore. I said I never got the second poutin and was screamed.

We visited this site several times without problems, but at our last visit we were not very satisfied. at the order it was a family of four and a dog. it seemed not a service dog, but I apologize. if that was the case. I think one of the family members could have run the dog outside. we have a dog of us, but would never think of taking it into a restaurant.

Harvey used to be good, but it has really changed now. The staff in the kitchen often don't understand the orders given to them. The service is fast, but they don't always get the order exactly right, sometimes giving you something you didn't ask for. I don't usually leave reviews, but I would rate this place slightly lower than one star.

Waited 10 minutes on the speaker without greeting and had to ask if someone was just for them to answer “we are busy” when there are 2 cars in front of us and maybe 2 people in order. waited near 20 minutes in...line, with again 2 cars in front of us. ordered our food, lady was pretty nice after, but got our order wrong, as we only ordered 2 simple things. mistakes happen, I understand. but would have definitely had a more beautiful greeting or at least had taken the time to say: "Excuse me that we are just busy, I will be with them at a moment" when we pulled on the redner.

Customer service is great! I had an excellent experience at Harveys. Would love to visit for especially veggie burgers!
