Quality Inn - Woodstock

Great rooms -lovely stay and free breakfast . Absolutely gorgeous and professional facilities to conduct training sessions -we could not have asked for a better venue . Very professional staff.

So we were in town for a girls hockey tournament and this was the place the team picked. I normally stay at a higher end hotel but I've got to say this place was great. There was breakfast included in the morning and it was hot, fresh and delicious. The eggs were not over cooked (as is often the case) the sausage and bacon were NOT floating in a puddle of grease and over cooked. There were waffles for the girls to make (a big hit) and fresh fruit for the health concious. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. There is a Good Life on site and free for hotel quests. The management had set up a full mini sticks rink in a boardroom with nets and sticks which was a nice surprise for the girls and well planned as it gave them somewhere to be. They also had extra security to stop the girls from charging through the halls. Really well planned by the management. There is an outdoor pool but it was February. I would not hesitate to stop here on the way as a good road trip hotel.

I'm totally partial to luxury hotels but when you're going to Woodstock, this isn't an option. Originally, I had booked an another nearby hotel (H-I), due to unforeseen circumstances (and after driving for 8 hours to get there)we had to change hotels at the last second...this led us to the Quality Inn. It's a 2+/3 star hotel and that's what you get. The furnishings are older, the rooms are run down but that's we expected. It certainly wasn't disappointing. If anything, we were very happy with the complementary breakfast (the hours suck though) and the staff was AMAZING! To be honest, I would go back for the service! It's nothing fancy, the bed is actually more comfortable then it seems and it was clean! Good value and friendly service!

Conveniently located just off the highway, on the south side of Woodstock, this clean comfortable hotel offers nice accommodation with good service. Restaurant is good. A family celebration was planned here for a Sunday brunch and it was excellent. The staff provided excellent service and the food was enjoyed by all.

Had reservation for 5:00 p.m. . We were seated at 5:00 p.m. Our only drink was water .Soup finally arrived at 5:30 p.m. It was lukewarm . Turkey dinner arrived at 5:45 p.m.Mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables were cold . Turkey topped with gravy ; both were lukewarm . Yuck !!! Complained ; were told they were short staffed . So we had to suffer with sub-standard food and service . By this time we just wanted to get out of there , so we took our apple pie to go . For this they deducted 10% [$3.79] off the bill .We will not go there again .
