Dairy Queen - Woodville

I've never been to a fast DQ, but waiting 20 mins for 3 dip cones is a bit long... They forgot to make them, which I might be understand if 2 drinks and 3 dip cones wasn't the whole of our order. They did apologize after we reminded us, and made absolutely no offer to retain our future business.

I went because I was told they have the best chicken and dumplings. Must have hit them on a bad day. Looks like they were about to run out because it was mostly water with very little taste and very overpriced for what I got and the quality. To top it off, my broth was boiling and I mean truly boiling. I burned myself slightly. If I go back, it will just be for the standby ice cream.

I will say that Dairy Queen was one of my favorite places to visit. The drive-through closes at 9:00 p.m.. We arrive at 8:30 let me repeat that time was 8:30. As soon as the staff saw us pull in the parking lot they turned off all the lights and turned off the phone. This is Woodville Texas there's not a whole lot of business if I owned that franchise location I would be extremely frustrated with my staff to the point of I would either discipline them or I would fire them for being so negligent with my business. We have come to this location several times and people cannot understand a word we're saying through the drive-through speaker .The individuals that are inside the store don't really want to be there , and it shows. It's so disappointing... I will send an email to Corp Dairy Queen. Maybe there will be changes. Maybe not........... Peace

Its okay. The jasper location is faster and typically friendlier. Ill go there instead

I've tried to give this location multiple changes to correct their mistakes and get better. It seems everything I decide to go there's a problem. This time it's was only ice cream. I ordered banana split, no bananas, or root beer float. There was more root beer than anything else. I ordered a peanut buster parfait and no chocolate on the top and 2 layers not 3. I'm done I won't go back here. In contrast, I've had no issues at the location in Jasper.
