Jack In The Box - Woodville

If you're thinking about using the drive-thru, you're better off going to Sonic where it's clear you're expected to stay in your car. Be ready to circle around and wait for your food, and good luck if the order is correct. Every time we've visited, we've been asked to pull around and wait, and half the time, the order was incorrect.

The food was delicious, however the service was very slow. It took nearly 10 minutes to receive 6 tacos and 2 diet cokes.

We recently dined at Jack in the Box in Woodville, TX three times in the past two days and I have to say, we were extremely impressed. The french fries were served fresh out of the fryer and cooked to perfection. Our burgers were customized exactly to our liking and assembled with care, just as I would do at home. The employees, despite looking tired from a busy shift, greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed in our bag - ketchup, straws, and plenty of napkins. This morning, my husband surprised me with a breakfast sandwich that far surpassed anything I've ever had at McDonald's. I usually only enjoy their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but this loaded breakfast sandwich on a sourdough bun with a side of hashbrowns was a game changer. Goodbye Ronald McDonald, hello Jack in the Box - we're customers for life.

Have gotten the wrong order twice. The staff at the window always seems to be in a foul mood.

This is the first time in 40 years that I ate in a Jack in the Box. The one reason I stopped was because I remembered they used to have a Jack Steak sub. They don't have it anymore.
