This is definitely a neighborhood pub. They offer a wide variety of food specials at great prices. If you're looking to save money, locals will flock to this restaurant on Finger Wharf.
Excellently priced compared to Woolloomolloo what'd .The steak offering is every bit as good as you get 300'yards away at a third of the price .Really good experience good wine list and staff .And as a bonus free wifi and private room from 12 to 20 people
We often stay in Woolloomooloo when in Sydney, and always eat at the Frisco. The restaurant has just changed hands, but the food is still great value. There are some very expensive options for food around this area, but the Frisco delivers one of the cheapest, and you can sit on the deck looking over the Sydney skyline while you appreciate your beautiful meal. On our most recent trip we had the same waitress on both occasions that we ate here, and the service was excellent. An added bonus was that we were staying in the nearby Marniners Court Motel, and received a 10% discount card. Don't be put off by the pub downstairs, just climb the staircase and enjoy the food.
As we arrived at this hotel on a mid-week evening, it appeared to be a bit quiet. However, don't let that deter you, as the upstairs dining area is quite pleasant with a charming balcony at the front. We ordered burgers, chicken, and wedges, and all of the dishes were excellent.
