Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel

After a long wait I have been fortunate enough to visit the Woolly Bay a few times each time I have had impeccable service and the pub is child friendly. Like all places that have been refurbished it can be hit or miss. People can miss the old vibe however, it has been done up in a tasteful manner that will suit all seasons. People have mentioned the wait times in other reviews and staff mistakes. But we all need to remember that we have come through a pandemic where finding staff was extremely hard and still is today, getting things right straight off is hard and we all need to be a bit patient. I hear the restaurant is due to open soon and can’t wait to go!!

A very enjoyable time spent at Wooly Bay Hotel on a very cold night. Only intended to have a drink but staff were so friendly and feeling comfy sitting next to the fire decided to have something to eat. Food was great as so we're the staff. I will be back.

We had a nice pub meal here. the salates offered were different and very good. the service was quick friendly. we were there on a Monday night, so it wasn't very busy. it was perfect for us .the children.

So happy that this place is finally reopened after the renovations. definitiw a step up for our local. a lot of classic pub now. simple but decent pub menu, great drinks menu. the personal is great. very friendly, quick service. large screens for sport, pokies. out of sight. fireplaces on both sides of the center for the cooler winter nights. top floor and roof floor not finished yet, but it will be great if this happens soon.

4 for lunch – typical pub food, but say that it was all in order. reasonable size portioning, pretty tasty and the price was ok. those of us who ordered pizza thought it was good, but could have done with some more cooking (the basic. was a bit floppy). the venue (including with others in the opposite) must be badly injured ... a total of 6 people in the pube too midday.
