Bahnan's - Worcester

My recent visit to Bahnan’s left me deeply disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their cashiers. Despite the variety of offerings of the bakery, the experience was marred by the rude attitude of the cashier.Upon entering the bakery, I was met with a cold reception from the cashier, who seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. When I attempted to place my order, the cashier responded curtly and made me feel unwelcome and literally threw my food around. Their lack of courtesy and respect towards customers was evident throughout the transaction, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.As a patron, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when supporting a local business. Unfortunately, my experience at Bahnan’s fell far short of this expectation.I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of customer service within their establishment. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this bakery to others nor will I return.

Food at the international cafe is so very good. The shawarma, cabbage salad, stuffed grape leaves. Good eats!

Easy to find specific ingredients you may not find in traditional grocery store. Bakery items are delicious as well as the prepackage goods (tabouleh tzatziki hummus) I cant leave without a piece of spanikopita, cheese boat or sambouski. Reliable for years past and I’m sure years to come.

The Cafe has real authentic Middle Eastern food....delicious pilaf...really delicious....marinated meats grilled to perfection and the salads and sides are wonderful..... and the kibbee is great too....after you are done, stroll over to the bakery....the croissants are incredible. Definitely 5 STAR in all aspects including the service.
